little things matter more

it really doesn't matter
if we won't have a luxurious life
with all the exquisitely delicious food
and the exceptionally expensive drive

it really doesn't matter
if we have to cook our own breakfast
because i would rather
have a taste of our own efforts

all i want is to be with you
whether rain or shine
i just want to spend the rest of my life
knowing you will always be mine

we don't always have to he happy
for i know that arguments are parts and parcel of love, of relationships
but at the end of the day, i still want the both of us
to be able to close our eyes and go to sleep
(peacefully)

i know that i may appear demanding, sometimes
but in all honesty, all i care about
is your sincerity;
the sincerity of the love you show
for i trust you wouldn't take advantage of me
